In practicing travel photography, I find I dance with the spirit of specific location and I consciously look for imagery that could only have been made there. Travel work is, for the most part, my only instances of people photography. I’ve often wondered whether I travel so I can photograph, or photograph as an excuse to travel. In either case, wandering has been in my blood since childhood.
